1. Exchange and Return Period
Customers may request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the date of product receipt.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of confirmed defects.

6. Inspection and Approval
Inspection may take up to 15 business days after receiving the returned product.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, deducting administrative and shipping fees when applicable.
8. Manufacturing Defects
Must be reported within 7 calendar days after receipt, with photo/video proof.
9. Size Variations
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the size chart before purchasing.
10. Response Time
Requests are answered within 48 business hours.
11. Amendments
The version of the policy in effect on the purchase date will apply to the order.
