Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy – Vermond

Vermond operates exclusively as an e-commerce (online store) and ships both domestically and internationally. By completing a purchase, the customer declares that they are aware of and agree to the terms described below.


1. Order Processing

Processing begins only after payment confirmation. Internal processing may take up to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Tracking

After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 3 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.

The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking information and being available at the provided address.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. The maximum delivery time is up to 28 business days.

Delays caused by customs, strikes, blockages, weather conditions, or force majeure do not constitute a breach of contract.


4. Proof of Delivery

Delivery is considered completed when the tracking status shows “Delivered” in the carrier’s system.

Receipt by third parties (doorman, neighbor, family member) is considered valid.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.


5. Delivery Attempts and Reshipment

If the order is returned due to recipient absence, refusal, or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.


6. Non-Delivery Claims

Claims will only be accepted after the maximum delivery time has been exceeded.

Before any resolution, a formal claim will be opened with the carrier.


7. Costs and Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order volume/weight.

Customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.


8. Changes and Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

For returns, the rules of the Return and Refund Policy apply.


9. Limitation of Liability

Vermond is not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by the carrier.

  • Delays due to external factors.

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Order processing begins immediately after payment confirmation. For this reason, cancellation is not guaranteed after checkout.

If the order is already in transit, the customer must wait for delivery and follow the return procedure.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

We currently ship throughout Europe.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.


Carriers and Tracking

We work with reliable carriers. After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.

We offer free shipping on all orders (unless otherwise stated at checkout).


Order Issues

If the order is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or the carrier before contacting support.


Undelivered Packages

If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.


Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

If the registered address is incorrect in our system, we will contact the customer to request a corrected address.

The customer has up to 2 business days to respond.

If no response is received, the order will be shipped to the closest possible address based on the information provided in the system.
